HALIFAX: OFFICE OUTAGES, CAN’T TAKE RENT PAYMENTS

Community Services is now a new office, that caused outages in cheques in Halifax.

Landlords could’t take rent payment from new office and starting charging late fees on paid rent and issuing collection notices with no one at payment desk.

This backed up the new community services office with unecessary work.

Like weeks to correct payment issuances with no one at rental office with paid rent, while the other offices tries to collect from tenants.

Then on top of no maintainence insurance now they couldn’t take rent payment with rent collections still open and harrassing tenants and welfare case workers who have to correct the mistakes, while the rent business wastes all their work clock hours at the welfare office by having to fix unecessary files.
