They mean this is a new high speed rail system at a high altitude moutain pass region, also future Trans Canada Highway will be built with this anyway.
All those old remote old moutain areas all downtown now like a little Aspen Colorado, looks like a ski resourt route.

My childhood was better than the current group today in 2026.
The result is the rail road taught me things to have a better life at home while I grew up around stars like Bobby Or and Patrick Roy.
By fifteen years to retirement other School Districts in Nova Scotia fell to the 3rd highest poverty rate in Canada.
Proving I had a better childhood than them growing up at CN / Via Rail and attending gifted school with future Dallas Stars Players, New Jersey Devils Players and positive infuences like Bobby Or and Patrick Roy, proves my thesis true that I had a better childhood than children today in Nova Scotia.

I didn’t mean to leave out Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux out of the story.

Loitering at elementary school bus stops around garbage can at Rolieka Drive Plaza / Kennedy Drive, during school bus stop pickups on Woodlawn / Caledonia Road at Junior High and Community College.
All on camera at the plaza while my Childrens Aid complaint grows about the bus stop loitering.
Did I mention they can’t lose my case twice downtown if the fucker ever gets back out of the car from the fight while their on a T4 job with the kids at the bus stop in Family Allowance…etc.
