HALIFAX: Bums & Lower Employed Cry For Better Times From Parents

Now all I hear is when I was little there was all this stuff going on.

I really hate to break it to them, stuff like half the public dies at 45 on stats reports.

Now that the first grade 12 group is 50 I know automatically that many died at 45.

My card says 49.

Back then when grade 12 came out the government and employeers hired from far away and everyone moved to the new schools from far away.

This made new towns of grade 12 students.

They don’t do that for you at 50.

Assemble a new group for locals in a town with similar intrests like a new school opening.

Music students, sports students etc., people like new locals in a small town who moved there for work and school.

Those are the people the government let you pick your friends from.

At 50 they don’t do that anymore.

Like, many girls in the class were really from out of town but no one knew.

Like to the bum or scam people…

You thought they were your classmates but they were really from out of town.

Like the people you get attached to, like the one who is in love with everyone they meet, was really a manfactured group from the government for the first grade 12.

Now bums have no one on their demographic.

I did great in school, like I said I was at Calgary ’88 others in my school were in the NHL, those were my real friends.

Like the people on the posters for Calgary ’88 or the NHL…those were my real friends, people at the photoshoot.

The local people from the same school all think there’s this big reunion later in life with them.

He didn’t know they were from outta town, now he’s crying looking for them.

Not me.

My friends were people from photoshoots and stuff.

Like people with similar interests for the day at modelling shoots.

Like for ski’s and stuff.

The other guy ran outta work, with no fifteen year plan from 50 – 65.

He thinks all them people are coming back to town, but really the people he knew were manfactured from the government and local employers to get students for the grade twelve starting in 1980, people who had to work and study there to get the school program going.

I went but also travelled with my family etc., and went to dancing in New York…like I said I used to always be at Action Park with MTV and them, that’s how I got into Heavy Metal.

Those are my real friends people from photoshoots and old commercials and stuff.
