You can see the hurricane from places in Halifax with a telescope etc. if you look over towards Florida you can see water spouts around the tropical water near Nova Scotia.
Whatever the trajectory is…it rained here yesterday then again tommorow.
Today Halifax must be near the eye of the storm and you can see the storm on the horizon in the Atlantic.
