Now there’s this big fight outside in apartments, streets and yards.

People arguing across yards, others insighting fights from apartments, cars all over the place no traffic rules, up on lawns people everywhere fighting and yelling.

Look outside…

Old contractor vans everywhere, postal workers on strike, no insurance in building hallways, maintainence people unaccounted for…

Looks like you all are the prime suspect in the missing children case.

Don’t be the last customer of a business…

Like up on Kennedy Drive, Skip The Dishes sitting on the side of the road and only taking calls from one person, the maintainence guy who didn’t do any work.

Then the delivery guy just runs back and forth deivering food to him the last customer with no building insurance.

Pathetic.

Example,

Someone falls in the hallway you have no insurance.

Someone fake falls and sues in a fraud case you still have no insurance, because of uneven floors etc.

Laundry room bills too high due to cold dryers from condensation, tennants can sue over that for cash refund or rent reduction.

Updated, now they got the back stairs full of garbage and not cutting the back lawn.

If a tennant has to weed wacker the back yard himself to have a barbecue building maintainence is fired.

Example in standoff…

Building maintainence still using old 9 Volt wired smoke dectors with non-dehumidified wires.

Since the cyclone smoke detectors have been malfuncting and going off from shower steam.

NEW smoke detectors are AA Battery powered and need no wires, just like cable to 5G.

That’s the big fight….

Apartmenrs using local contractors for building maintainence are stuck wuth millions of dollars of 9 Volt wired smoke detectors.

Now they lost all that money…

Home Depot etc., has all brand new wireless AA Battery smoke detectors that don’t malfunction from steam and are not wired to a wet celing.

Why the fuck would anyone want an old wired smoke detector from some local business when Home Depot has brand new wireless AA smoke detectors.

Building staff have minimum no insurance on security building hallways, like if someone falls, now they are threatening tenants about apartment repairs saying the police won’t take the call and telling them not to fix the sink and they’re not doing it.

Now it’s becoming some police issue in a standoff people say.
