RE: HALIFAX, Sinkholes

Down at the corner of Main Street and Major Street by the Mic Mac Mall is currently under redevelopment.

I mean, Main and Major is a pretty expensive corner.

The sinkhole flooded the parking lot, broke the road in half in the center line, the same water level is on the roadway and in the Junior High School Parking lot.

This water drains into Main Street near the corner of Main and Major.

Now the construction site is flooded at the new overpass construction at Tim Hortons and McDonalds on Main Street, yes I had the new double fish wrap meal…hopefully McDonalds Fish & Chips will be out soon and I still want McDonalds pizza to make a comeback, and I FINALLY found the flood pump.

It’s at the Main Street new overpass construction site, which has filled a deep trench full of water.

Get ready to tape your reaction video…

Right behind the construction site at the Tim Horton’s Double Drive Thru…ALMOST connected to the same property is the SAME COMPANY at the apartment complex as the water issue by the Junior High School in my story.

That business at the flodded construction site on Main Street is the same abandoned maintainence in my court complaint in a different building.

Now they have a huge flood down there now on Main Street at the same business as the Junior High water complaint flooding the construction site at the Tim Hortons by McDonalds.

So Halifax?

What’s with all water or what man flooding the area that’s going unmaintained.

HALIFAX: “Outdoor Daddy’s” Gonna Teach Us All A Lession About Swearing On The Bus

The list of charcters of bums in Halifax…

Now “Outdoor Daddy” and his little boyfriend is going to teach all the people on the transit about swearing.

You know the guy…

The fat man, who doesn’t live to 65 because his knee compression gives out by 59 and can’t support his fat stomach.

Everyone knows that fat old men never get old age pension because they are dead in their 50’s on Stats Canada’s death rate table.

You all know the story…

A gang fight breaks out on the transit and Outdoor Daddy always gets shot trying to teach manners on the bus.

The only guy I hate more is his little boyfriend that follows him around town holding his pants pocket like on the show Prison Break.

I mean, in a school zone?

I ain’t afraid of no fat man on Halifax Transit buses.

How do you like my behavior now fatso?

You got a lession to teach to students etc., on the bus now do you old man about manners do you?

Old prick.

HALIFAX, RE: Illegal Solicitation

The illegal solicitation scam was emergency shelter promotions to tenants during a condensation emergency from the Halifax Fire Department.

In the cases the tenants were covered for accomodations under a defferent venue.

Those were outside cases to tenants in the building.

In every case including tree damage the tenant was required to stay home for water removal to keep the lease.

Like I said Community Services laughed them out of the building, the issue was new to me, because the Halifax caseworkers knew the tenants on benefits were required to stay home to protect their lease by removing the water.

Building maintainence was not present, which led to a sinkhole forming in the road in front of the building which was not covered on the apartment buildings insurance which damaged other properties and possibly the junior high school floors and parking lot.

HALIFAX, Bootlegs Maintainence Scams Run Rabid

So they go with the apartment maintaince in Halifax, illegal solitation of apartment doors offering emergency shelter access over building damage to cases covered on other venues.

Again, on all conditions Community Service laughed in their face, said not to worry about it.

Lawyer took off during case application, said the door solicitation was too low because of outside eviction cases on both parties landlord and tenant.

In the case the tenant apartment was covered, building maintainence failed…were laughed out of the building and repairs not done.

Condensation damage in the apartment building made a sink hole in the parking lot after sump pump removed.

This caused a street blockage at a school bus stop and Jr High School.

The water still unchecked, RUINED recent road repair and damaged neighbors buildings and yards which caused a sink hole in that yard.

After the sink hole ruined recent road construction.

Building maintainence never came back, and the sink hole remains in the middle of the newly repaired road.

Apartment complex building not covered by buildings insurance, leaving tenants to resolve their leases with the Fire Department on their personal paid lawyet time to resolve fire alarm damage from condensation.

During the damages, building maintainence left the work unchecked above, then exposed were ILLEGAL SUB-LETS in the building NOT REPORTING damages while building maintainence failed to check their units for water damage.

The unreported illegal sublet damage, let maintainence to abandon the damages because of no complaints.

This led to more building damage, caused a sinkhole in neighour yards damaging their yards and buildings and ruined a newly paved street at a school bus stop.

All uninsured damages, then the lawyer took off to handle those cases instead of mine which was resolved by a court three week recess, now resolved.

Now its bootleggers assaulting shoppers for complaining about wasted retail store rack space and tried to assault them on the transit.

Then the whole area on Main Steet, Woodlawn Road and Mic Mac Mall area was police cars, sirens and ambulances swat teamed the whole area.

SPORTS: East Network, MLB

Yeah, all over East Network it’s all raining, heat and condensation.

Thermostats stuck at 30 degrees C in the humidity.

Tempetures around 11 degrees and 54 percent humidity.

East Network covers MLB East, NHL East, NBA East etc.

AL East is on Gotham App, which carries various East Network coverage YES (Yankees), Washington Capitals on Comcast, Blue Jays on Rogers, NHL / NBA ON MSG Network, New York Mets on SNY (SPORTS NEW YORK CITY).

Etc.

It’s all condensation and humidity here.

CANADA: Covered Or Not Covered?

This Winter / Spring in Canada has to be one of the most expensive ever.

Watch stock market growth on housing and home repair to follow along.

Gross….

Covid, cyclones, hurrcanes, ice storms etc….

Not mentioned in Canada’s secret bills to residents is leaf cleanup, mud clean up from storms.

It’s really past the point here…

If you want to keep your home what do you do?

Stay home to dehumidify or go to work to keep the loan up?

Canada doesn’t cover both.

Now to protect the lease and insurance you gotta leave work….

To stay home and clean.

Now you got no job and lost the house.

That’s because you didn’t have job hours PLUS 24 hour flood repair covered.

That’s instant bankrupt.

Now I spent my money to remodel from Home Depot and lawyers backed it up, then everything was covered.

Remember.

Canada did’t pay for that, I did.

See, look at the bill they are running up in Ottawa.

That’s what it costs living in a big city.

RE: Housing Crisis, Halifax

The new Prime Minister is on representing King Charles upcoming visit to Canada…

The United States is there pretending Ottawa’s not just a tabloid show in the United States now for King Charles.

Remember, I am UK Cruise ship route New Zealand to Old Nova Scotia….

That’s swimming and tanning at the beach, so no housing crisis out here.

Not like in Ottawa, with the big work force.

They mean if you’re not paying.

At the cottage, at the beach….no outage there….Home Depot no outage there.

Nova Scotia recently passed housing laws that make my lease even stronger.

That had to be repesented to Halifax civil workers on my legal bill so they could evaluate condensation.

By paying cash or ahead everything was covered.

Just remember, the Fire Department used my private lawer time for their evaluation and I had to pay the bill…

On my private apartment lease.

Then all work on my apartment was covered by Home Depot.

I’m just saying, it’s more money than you think to run a city apartment…plus time for emergency fire alarm inspections and private condensation repair hours.

Then going forward the whole area knows about all your tanning stuff at your new renovated apartment from Home Depot.

Diary Update, Beach Etc.,

I mean I try to get to the beach earlier….the first group is Spring Break.

Just remember, when schools all done home responsibilities take priorities over beach arrival time.

Canada, in recent years has been hit by a cyclone, bad storms etc., reminder ice road in Alaska is where everyone is moving.

All Nova Scotia gets is new “no winter maintainence” signs.

My only point is housing etc., here has become expensive with repairs.

Buildings have lost upkeep with Fire Department while tenant leases have surpassed building maintainence.

Leaving tenants to have to cover legal bills on lease to have access to fire alarm system repair.

Now you pay at your apartment, Home Depot repairs, that’s bigger than your building maintainence so the Fire Department uses that….on your lawyer time.

Unfortunately, that’s the price of expensive apartment City upkeep people.

Water / condensation issues.

Tenants not covered could void their lease if they abandon repairs.

Now you need a locked in lease, plus legal representation for your apartment for Fire Marshall access, for condensation repair etc., from ice damage.

RE: Halifax Condo Insurance

Man….

If you buy a condo in a large city with a deed it only comes with a managemet office.

Inside the condo you do whatever you want.

Condensation in the rest of the building to fix that can be done with a personal lawyer.

The lawyer files the legal form to the deed owner on the lobby area and then condensation damage is handled through the deed owners legal department…for the lobby management areas outside the tenant unit.

That’s my apartment scenario.

After that, I cover the lease repair sections and the legal department for the lobby area covers the water leaks and outside roof repair.

In smaller rentals with a landlord…

The bank loan to the landlord covers the flood damage on his bank loan flood insurance, to get approved for the loan to own the building.

The tenant inside the building is responsible to cover the interior water removal to keep his lease in tact, and prevent personal effects from water damage.

HALIFAX: Construction Contractors Back To Work etc.

Well it’s Easter Monday, condensation issue cleanup is moving ahead.

Finally, they have people drying the building.

Hopefully this issue is getting more attention from the community.

I mean, how can you glue your celing up when the roof is wet with condensation?

Thankfully, mine is drying out fast but it’s still going to take a while.

I mean you rip out these wet floor underlays and repair celing.

Now its drying time with fans and dehumidifiers, while they are scraping the roof and levelling storm damage.

So you gotta wait for all that to dry before putting in new flooring and light fixtures.

At least they know the problem is ice blocks and the Fire Department and construction people are all working on that now where I live.
