Diary Update, Beach Etc.,

I mean I try to get to the beach earlier….the first group is Spring Break.

Just remember, when schools all done home responsibilities take priorities over beach arrival time.

Canada, in recent years has been hit by a cyclone, bad storms etc., reminder ice road in Alaska is where everyone is moving.

All Nova Scotia gets is new “no winter maintainence” signs.

My only point is housing etc., here has become expensive with repairs.

Buildings have lost upkeep with Fire Department while tenant leases have surpassed building maintainence.

Leaving tenants to have to cover legal bills on lease to have access to fire alarm system repair.

Now you pay at your apartment, Home Depot repairs, that’s bigger than your building maintainence so the Fire Department uses that….on your lawyer time.

Unfortunately, that’s the price of expensive apartment City upkeep people.

Water / condensation issues.

Tenants not covered could void their lease if they abandon repairs.

Now you need a locked in lease, plus legal representation for your apartment for Fire Marshall access, for condensation repair etc., from ice damage.

RE: Halifax Condo Insurance

Man….

If you buy a condo in a large city with a deed it only comes with a managemet office.

Inside the condo you do whatever you want.

Condensation in the rest of the building to fix that can be done with a personal lawyer.

The lawyer files the legal form to the deed owner on the lobby area and then condensation damage is handled through the deed owners legal department…for the lobby management areas outside the tenant unit.

That’s my apartment scenario.

After that, I cover the lease repair sections and the legal department for the lobby area covers the water leaks and outside roof repair.

In smaller rentals with a landlord…

The bank loan to the landlord covers the flood damage on his bank loan flood insurance, to get approved for the loan to own the building.

The tenant inside the building is responsible to cover the interior water removal to keep his lease in tact, and prevent personal effects from water damage.

HALIFAX: Construction Contractors Back To Work etc.

Well it’s Easter Monday, condensation issue cleanup is moving ahead.

Finally, they have people drying the building.

Hopefully this issue is getting more attention from the community.

I mean, how can you glue your celing up when the roof is wet with condensation?

Thankfully, mine is drying out fast but it’s still going to take a while.

I mean you rip out these wet floor underlays and repair celing.

Now its drying time with fans and dehumidifiers, while they are scraping the roof and levelling storm damage.

So you gotta wait for all that to dry before putting in new flooring and light fixtures.

At least they know the problem is ice blocks and the Fire Department and construction people are all working on that now where I live.

HALIFAX: RE: Local Shopping Holiday Hours

Want to visit the lame side of Halifax?

Just like burger week where you can’t even see the hamburger promotion, afford or have time to eat there.

They have all these magazines and pages running articles about what’s open on Holidays.

Why would someone pay to print all that material when all you need to do is check the liquor store hours at the NSLC and if that’s open thats all food shopping and Malls.

What a waste of time and money, now I think they are just ripping off the posted open store hours at the NSLC window.

MLB YANKEES: Yankees Using Illegal Violation To Protect No Hitter

Man, Yankees Max Fried no hitter in 7th inning, 2 outs 2 strikes…walks batter with intentional pitch clock violation to throw next hitter out.

Umpire calls play hit by pitch.

Updated, like at the MGM Casino bet on the no hitter.

Then they call intentional pitch violaton, get the next hitter and win the MGM Casino bet on the play.

HALIFAX: RE: Childrens Aid, Condensation etc.

Right away…

People getting ratted out here in Halifax.

Apparently Childrens Aid / CPS here in Halifax catching parents getting extra welfare funding smoking cigarettes on Easter got busted by people doing humidity checks in the basement.

Caught claiming exra welfare money with 90+ % humidity in building basement meaning the kids and baby were sleeping on mud puddles from wet flooring caused by melting ice and insulation.

While the parents smoked the extra money during a point in the case was the regular check money was supposed to be spent drying the apartment floor and celing.

Fucking sickening.

HALIFAX: Alert, Local Conditions etc.

How long before this is front page news….

Now Legal Aid, Childrens Aid / CPS are involved.

So alert if your are local protective services at Easter like Childrens Aid.

About the humidity levels…

The Halifax Fire Department has stated that local buildings have a current condensation emergency, I was granted a three week court recess to deal with condensation damage.

At Community Services cases involving children may be affected.

People going there asking for money have stated with children in their homes to case workers that extra money was needed saying to get funding they had all other issues covered.

Now…

The Halifax Fire Departnment has voided many of their claims by default, issuing statements that some of those families recieved funding claiming no issues at home, when later it was reported that the building and apartment was ruined by condensation while the tennants claimed extra money by citing no building damage.

In seperate cases.

For example,…

Parents took extra money from Community Services at their office while at Civi Court the Fire Department has reported the same building ruined by condensation at Legal Aid.

When the Legal Aid case about consensation gets screened at civil court the people who reported no damage in Commumity Services claims to recieve extra childrens funding , welfare, was in the same damaged building.

The people who took extra money from community services will be facing criminal charges for lying about the condition of the building which is the same ones as the ruined buildings in the Fire Department case about condensation damage.

HALIFAX: RE: Current Humidity Levels

On paid bandwidth on 5G etc., services the weather app says 11 Degrees C and 44% humidity.

Halifax is the warmest part of Canada about 5 degrees to -15 degrees in Winter.

Summer, it’s Death Valley here.

Inside on Easter Weekend it was above 88% humidity in apartment complexes.

How to check your apartment humidity:

In the dehumidifier appx setting:

23 c / 77 F should be anout 45% – 55% humidity.

In your apartment 77 F is about 23 C…

Set your room temperture to about 25 c or 77 F , then set your dehumidifer to about 45%.

Then run it and the display will show yout current humidity, which was above 88%, then sets the machine to 45%.

The display is locked at 45% to 77 degrees F on the room temp.

The dehumidifier shows “current room humidity” and begins adjusting that to your presets at 45%.

So….

When you look at the LED display on the dehumidifier that shows CURRENT room humidity whichs goes up and down on the LED display in PERCENT.

So if it says 54% , it adjusts that to your locked settings at 45%.

The display only shows CURRRNT room humidity.

As soon as I set my presets and turned it on it dropped to regular settings in the room almost instantly and in a short time is was down to the preset settings at 45%.

RE: Easter 2025

Update, reminder…

Everyone in my apartment building was getting brand new dehimidifers from the Halifax, (NOTE TO SELF, don’t mispell Halifax HALIDAD on internet)…

I mean theres a big immigrant population and refugees here on Main and Highway 107, that’s a big present to them here when they have no money.

Like an expensive dehumififier…

Mine work great, I mean I have the expensive fan with the lights and controls on it and LED remote the dehumidifier is like that.

You set the fan settings for your tour de France excerise bike and this dehumidifier goes with that set…personally I thought the Fire Marshall went and got them out of the Millineum Falcon spaceship.

I mean that must be a big present to them, a free huge expensive dehumifier for Easter.

Hopefully everyone got one!

That and three weeks no entry to their apartments to deal with condensation personal cleanup I gave them from my court notice.

Then now they get free visits to Legal Aid for related issues and all think their getting a government settlement about the condensation issue to go with the dehumidifier.

I had already ate my Easter Dinner after hiking out to my Great Grand Nana’s old land in the Wilderness here in Old Nova Scotia at one of my secret camp sites while I was varnishing my bedroom wood panels.

All this activity made me want to run down to Church for their free Easter Dinner but I couldn’t find one on short notice.

Only the same ones here in Halifax, fundraisers and regular free meal places which are on some schedule but I live too far out on HRM to go.

Not like in my home town New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, second worst town in Canada, they used to always have free drop in chuch drop in Easter Dinner for anyone.

I mean, that’s a pretty nice feel good story for here on Main Street and Highway 107.

Don’t get all alarmed everyone that I gave all those immigrants and people here a large present like a free court settlement thats is already won at Legal Aid for their apartments, three week court notice of no access while they clean condensation and use their new expensive dehumidifier.

I mean, that’s rich stuff to them…

So yes, I represent the building tenants here for the tenants to Legal Aid for free in my case at court and they will get the same.

Now they have a chance to bring their issues about the condensation for free to the lawyer and now all have free lawyer access for the rest of their personal issues.

Well if they get a settlement from that in my case the other tenants here will all get the same.

So don’t get all worked up if you hear about a blonde fitness person giving expensive stuff to them from my apartment like free lawyers, court holds and free expensive appliances like dehumifiers.

The Halifax Fire Department said we get that because of building condensation from ice storms.

I can also imagine the Halifax Fire Department will be happy with all the new grant money they will be getting here in the area for wages to inspect and fix all those frozen fire alarm systems here which should be big job creation here in HRM for Fire Department wage grants.
