RE: Halifax, Wage Grants For Emergency Cleanup, Vacant Crane On Roof

I don’t care what other local officials say here about a vacant crane on my building roof other than than the Fire Marshalls I mean.

You’ll have to complain somewhere else this time…

After we got the dehumidifiers all the immigrants or anyone here want to use the crane jack to help dry their building.

Yet, it remains vacant with approved wages on Easter while their apartments flood with daily massive condensation.

The wages are approved in court.

I mean extra work in the building, many immigrants here want that free pump job.

That’s the court settlement.

Tenants in the building need those wages, they can help dry and pump the building while living here.

Yet it remains vacant, while they get a new dehumidifier.

I’m not doing it, I’m too busy polishing my Gibson and hate bad weather.

Besides, I already did the court work for them.

They should get the job using the crane jack to dry the roof and siding, while the Halifax Fire Department begins project planning to fix all the frozen fire alarm system wires.

That could be even more money coming to the other tenants in my building, by babysitting the vacant crane jack to pump and dry the roof.

While the rest of us use the dehumudifiers inside apartment units and use the the three week court recess to clean the condensation damage and handle personal issues about it free at Legal Aid.

In an already won case.

All the wages to dry the roof are covered in the case, but the crane jack remains vacant.

Just like Skip The Dishes launched with the same immigrants and when covid happened and Uber started mostly run by immigrants.

Now they have a new employment opportunity in my apartment building with an already won settlement, a grant in the case covers the budget for the wages to pump the roof and the equipment is vacant.

They live in the building too, and have time 24/7 to live here and pump and dry roof at the same time but no jobs have been given to them to do the work unlike at Uber and Skip The Dishes.

RE: Easter 2025

Update, reminder…

Everyone in my apartment building was getting brand new dehimidifers from the Halifax, (NOTE TO SELF, don’t mispell Halifax HALIDAD on internet)…

I mean theres a big immigrant population and refugees here on Main and Highway 107, that’s a big present to them here when they have no money.

Like an expensive dehumififier…

Mine work great, I mean I have the expensive fan with the lights and controls on it and LED remote the dehumidifier is like that.

You set the fan settings for your tour de France excerise bike and this dehumidifier goes with that set…personally I thought the Fire Marshall went and got them out of the Millineum Falcon spaceship.

I mean that must be a big present to them, a free huge expensive dehumifier for Easter.

Hopefully everyone got one!

That and three weeks no entry to their apartments to deal with condensation personal cleanup I gave them from my court notice.

Then now they get free visits to Legal Aid for related issues and all think their getting a government settlement about the condensation issue to go with the dehumidifier.

I had already ate my Easter Dinner after hiking out to my Great Grand Nana’s old land in the Wilderness here in Old Nova Scotia at one of my secret camp sites while I was varnishing my bedroom wood panels.

All this activity made me want to run down to Church for their free Easter Dinner but I couldn’t find one on short notice.

Only the same ones here in Halifax, fundraisers and regular free meal places which are on some schedule but I live too far out on HRM to go.

Not like in my home town New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, second worst town in Canada, they used to always have free drop in chuch drop in Easter Dinner for anyone.

I mean, that’s a pretty nice feel good story for here on Main Street and Highway 107.

Don’t get all alarmed everyone that I gave all those immigrants and people here a large present like a free court settlement thats is already won at Legal Aid for their apartments, three week court notice of no access while they clean condensation and use their new expensive dehumidifier.

I mean, that’s rich stuff to them…

So yes, I represent the building tenants here for the tenants to Legal Aid for free in my case at court and they will get the same.

Now they have a chance to bring their issues about the condensation for free to the lawyer and now all have free lawyer access for the rest of their personal issues.

Well if they get a settlement from that in my case the other tenants here will all get the same.

So don’t get all worked up if you hear about a blonde fitness person giving expensive stuff to them from my apartment like free lawyers, court holds and free expensive appliances like dehumifiers.

The Halifax Fire Department said we get that because of building condensation from ice storms.

I can also imagine the Halifax Fire Department will be happy with all the new grant money they will be getting here in the area for wages to inspect and fix all those frozen fire alarm systems here which should be big job creation here in HRM for Fire Department wage grants.

UPDATE: Halifax Conatruction Scams

Now the Halifax Fire Department came back down here again today the second time on Easter Weekend over the ice damage again.

After that they had to hand out dehumidifiers to the tenants of the building and the humidity in here is TRIPLE or DOUBLE at 88%!

One click and it went back to normal settings!

So the building started thawing and now it’s triple humidity.

I had to show the Halifax Fire Department the condensation is apparently setting off the Halifax Fire Department alarm off.

So I showed them at the Halifax Fire Department where the damage was at, like when I was varnishing my celing panels and trim and doing condensation cleanup, like on the sprinkler alarms.

Then they had to give out dehumidifiers.

Then I had to tell the whole building that my lawyer said NO ACCESS TO UNITS FOR THREE WEEKS.

Now the tenanants here in my building know that 88% humidity in an apartment complex is a three week court restraint during any issue about condensation removal.

What the fuck?!

HALIFAX: Spring Construction Scams Exposed

Just weeks after the bad ice storm melts in Halifax now city buildings and homes are frozen still and wet with hundreds of pounds of ice blocks thawing on apartments amd business.

Plus it’s still raining…

This court issue my lawyer has on hold for a lengthy court review which costs me nothing because I had to sue to get rid of bad building management in mine.

Now contractors and fire officials are tied up for weeks in personal court defense for fraud at construction sites.

At Home Depo my “Homes And Gardens” style renovations were only $700 in pre suppilies with ten thousand man hours, me doing it manual, with water pump flood damage removal.

Apparently,…. other contracts are not covered, patched on top and didn’t use a water pump or heat dry devices.

Now window dirt from trees and storms and froze all vinyl siding in the area, with the hundreds of pounds of ice blocks now frozen in wood and insulation.

That is just starting to thaw, cheap parts MASSIVE hourly wage bill.

A water pump is cheap, the ten thousand hours to dry is where the money went.

Now cheap contractors are trying to hide bad repairs after taking payment and their work fell down from ice melting.

So, my actual roof is not leaking but in my city building the frozen ice in the windows is now black with dirt in the roof and melting into new painted rooms.

Expect this issue in your home in this area.

That all resolved now its bad condensation.

So that dries pretty fast in apartment celings but it’s there every day preventing residents from finishing dry wall repair.

Around electrical, light fixtures etc., which required a 24 hour technician to dry the condensation and preserve new paint and dry wall while the rest of the ice thaws.

When I checked for the lawyers the celing had dirt caked on electrical wires for lights and smoke dectectors under bad repairs and coated with frozen jip rock pieces and insulation paper which was full of mud and leaves and holding water.

Local bad contracting repairs had to be removed to dry and clean the electrcial wires which were holding condensation on the celing from the frozen jip rock etc on them.

The actual roof and insulation were not damaged but had to be dried which only took one day, then all wet materials removed and resealed with new plastic.

A $125 job at Home Depo.

With ten thousand labour hours with a 24 technition to monitor consendation build up which has to be dried and pumped out.

The condensation in the celing not a big deal but it won’t leave because if ice thawing.

Howver, this required a 24 hour a day maintainence technition to keep out the consensation.

The water pump for the building roof finally did show up with a crane but LEFT and let the water and condensation build up during this Easter Long Weekend and didn’t come back allowing more water to fill the building and no technition.

All brand new damage, not covered by the contractors insurance.

Now Legal Aid has filed against them in Civil Court and the damage is not covered by their insurance at the contractor which ababdoned the building in the flood to go home and spend Easter with his family at his house leaving other buildings to continue to freeze and accumulate water damage.

While they went home for Easter leaving the damaged buildings wet.

You what makes me mad about that, Under King Charles in the UK Commonwealth 1/3 of The World lives here now on the time zone nations here in Halifax, Carribean and England for the dates, calendars, season prints etc.

In his speech to Canada King Charles said UK Commonwealth Nations will continue the same.

I’m sick of you people around here when the Monarcy tells people like me you’re so bad off here to not even tell you about it.

You people here in Halifax think Englands rich when you are just peasants with nothing and are just Englands Ontario work force at Lake Huron.

RE: Hostile Group Around Halifax, Fights At Mall

So the pricks outside all started acting all fucked in the head then start a fight all over the place then lost the fight, wouldn’t get out of the car nothing.

So they step out in the public and lost this group fistfight, then came back the next day and tried to stand there.

HALIFAX: THE CITY OF UPDATES

Gross or what…

So the big fight, fucker in Halifax has no work and the students have no jobs now proverty support has no income.

Now there’s no low end jobs to support poverty.

Over at the Unversities they were all talking about how they have no future jobs because of poor backgrounds, tatoos, violence etc., and lack of social understanding in the economic community in Canada.

That’s what the University Students here in Halifax have been told.

Now they all quit and are still going to class and barely passing and telling poor men on the bus about all that so they can meet them for sex, selling out their school programs and tuition to poor gay men on the bus.

Promising them, they will share the school money with poor men on the bus to be gay.

Obviously, the Professors are right…citing that directly to them and releasing from Stats Canada studies that those students have one of the hightest poverty rates in Canada and the women here are 70% impotent, more workplace medical barriers.

Sorry to break all you hearts Halifax, I already finished my programs so I think I’ll be keep my expensive shoes and mlb sneaker collection and not selling them to meet homosexuals harrassing everyone on Halifax transit asking them if they are not going to have money later, like students quitting University, and asking them to lotier with them and share their money with them downtown.

HALIFAX: RE: Covid & Cyclone Cleanup

A few years after covid started and a few after the big cyclone it’s good to see Halifax, which represents all of Atlantic Canada and New England traditionally, is back on track.

I mean after broken promises of double sidewalks and free local internet.

Never happened…

Instead I switched to 5G and moden appiliances and renovated my apartment.

Now I’m back to normal.

Now my future sublet is worth a fortune in college zone.

My place needed all new flooring, and celiling repair from the ice storm.

The worst part was previous bad installation of a waterproof floor tile underlay and froze in the storm from a leak or bad window seal in the building and all had to be replaced because of ice.

Now my place is back up, with all new flooring, kitchen, celing etc., and modern appiliances.

So after the building got fixed, I had ice damage from a broken wall in the lobby and now I all brand new Oak Wood Flooring, new bathroom and kitchen appiliances.

I was so excited I ran over to the Mall and bought a new bedroom set and new funiture and threw my old stuff out which was from covid and storms so I just tossed it out and started new now that I got my new Oak Floor by the Community College.
