Landlord to refer tenant to Bank Deed on property, automatic restraining order.
Landlord doesn’t have to defend deed to property to tenant with lease damage and unpaid rent.
Bank will handle court issue about forced deed review case with their lawyer and refer tenant to proper office about broken lease with damaged apartment and unpaid rent.
Also appilies to Bank Loan Mortgage cases.
