I mean, court issues covered all apartment issues where I live during an outage the buildings kept the maintainence office while the Bank had multiple owners after several business failures.
The cleaning staff etc., stayed during the outage.
My neighbourhood is in a natural gas area, with brand new housing I think Community College cooking school.
Me and several other tenants plus staff stayed.
My budget means my apartment was fixed by Home Depot while staff and other tenants fell to maintainence lists for basic repairs for the buildings insurance fell to a wait list for repairs for the buiding grant, insurance or bank loan.
Others like me are ahead, and expensive apartments fixed by Home Depot with personal budgets went into a higher rent rate for sublets at the new Community College Housing area.
Then, I mean a girlfriend apartment could be added to the sublet budget the the new relationship would own two sublets on the budget too put towards a bank loan to buy a new house.
Updated, one of the main points I mean is new Convience Store access just opened at my apartment plaza complex connecting it to Shubie Park shopping plazas on Wavery Road / Montebello Drive and Sobeys on Highway 107 at Dave’s Vegetable Market makes the plaza I live at way more accessable with new buildings and brand new convience store shopping and Fast Food access.
