It’s after September 1st now, during the file outage crisis…I’m almost totally resolved again.
The issues around here, I found out who that cunt with the motorized scooter is…
The psychological profile of him I mean.
It’s the kid from the poor house that follows the jocks around from school copying him.
Then he’s always racing jocks….then always gets killed in a car accident trying to impress some girl.
He’s loitering around the Food Bank at Woodlawn Road, then people there have illegal town ducks in the yard from the park by the Food Bank.
The poor kid, see’s the ducks and thinks he can violate city ordinances because of the illegal duck yard…then there’s drunk drivers there watching ducks and almost hitting people walking at Woodlawn Road and Portland street.
Then people know me from the rail road maybe and that’s Metro Housing investments.
Then they all get their files messed up, they know I’m from the housing investments at the rail road.
Then I know about all the work at regional housing and have my own office.
That guy with the scooter, they don’t allow that behaviour at regional housing and maybe can’t get in.
Then he hangs around the Food Bank bumming, then I don’t help them because I’m regional housing investnent people at the rail road like on the housing model lots for the power lines.
